Our relationships with our members and their families are what sets us apart. In a traditional practice, a physician will care for several thousand patients. At our concierge practice, each physician maintains a panel of just 300 patients. This model allows your personal concierge physician to get to know you and your healthcare goals, respond in a timely manner, advocate on your behalf, and coordinate your care with specialists. Our services are not bound by health insurance; our patients pay an annual membership fee, which allows our physicians to care for you in the most effective and efficient manner possible. In addition, you will have a designated patient care coordinator who will schedule your appointments, manage your prescription refills, and answer questions about your care.

We recognize that there may be occasions when travel to our office isn’t possible due to illness or when acute needs arise. Telemedicine is often a convenient and effective way to address such instances. If you are too ill to come into the office and telemedicine will not suffice, a Specialized physician will determine if a house call is needed. (Please note that house calls are at the discretion of the physician.)

Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and it is unlikely that your private insurance will cover the membership fee. Since individual insurance plans vary, we suggest inquiring with your plan administrator.
Our services may qualify for reimbursement by your FSA or HSA. We recommend you contact your benefits administrator to confirm

We aim to develop lifelong relationships with our members and are committed to offering personalized primary care. We believe our success — member satisfaction and professional fulfillment — is derived from a care model that is built on close, personal relationships with our members. However, we realize clients can have varying needs and that is why we offer multiple ways for clients to engage with our services. Direct-Pay fee schedules are listed under each physician profile. As a result, we do not offer one-time, fee-for-service medical care.

We do not currently offer pediatrics, however if we receive enough client interest, we can certainly meet those needs. If pediatric care is something you are interested in, please let us know via the contact form.

We will collaborate with your admitting physician to help coordinate your care and advocate on your behalf. If you are admitted to one of the hospitals where we have an established relationship—we will visit you during your hospital stay and facilitate nursing assistance to ease your transition home. Please note that you will be responsible for bills accrued during your hospital stay.

We recommend all clients maintain health insurance for catastrophic illness or injury. Your membership fees go towards a higher level of physician services, including use of telehealth technology. Our membership fee does not cover all the medical services you may require.
Health insurance plans should be used to cover lab analysis, vaccinations, diagnostic or pathologic testing, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and medications.
Please note that we are not Medicaid, HMO, or Tricare providers, and our membership model is not compatible with these plans. If you have this type of insurance, only your assigned primary care physician may make referrals and order tests for you.
